A fondue is a dish of cheese that are melted in different pots over a stove then heated with a candle lamp or candle light. The individual will eat it by using long stemmed forks and dipped their bread onto the cheese. It has come in different varieties and each country has developed their very own recipe of fondues. Mix all the things with a chocolate fondue. White, brown and dark chocolates are perfect and a good treat for visitors and guests that have a sweet tooth and cravings for sweet foods. Simply heat the bottom on a double boiler in a medium heat stove. Make it about a slow simmer. Afterwards, remove it and transfer to the pot.

Use a gel fuel to a much safer alternative. Even though gel is safer than alcohol, it would still need to handle with care. However, it gives the advantage of not spilling all over which makes it safe. Remove the mesh and insert a gel cartridge into the remaining casings.

Inside the pot, rub some garlic cloves in it. Chop a clove of garlic and rub the exposed part at the bottom and the sides of the pot. Rubbing the garlics will give additional flavor and aroma with the fondue. It will give a much pleasing smell. It will also not create an overwhelming smell or garlic taste.

Researching is the surest way to learn more about making your very own fondues. Make sure to understand all the components that would be needed for the procedure. It does not take to be a genius to learn something like cooking.

Budgeting is important. Even though making a fondue is cheap, it will still require some finances. Many ingredients and equipment is needed for the process.
